UF/IFAS IPM Grants Program
The UF/IFAS IPM Florida Grants Program was established to support creative and collaborative projects that advance IPM in agriculture, communities, and natural environments throughout the state of Florida. During the Pilot 2004-2005 fiscal year, we received 46 proposals and funded 22 projects. The IPM grant awards averaged $4,100. The goal was to fund as many proposals as possible and encourage cooperation among county extension faculty and extension specialists. Thanks to the efforts of Dr. Joan Dusky we have secured an increase in funding for 2007-2008 IPM grants program. For the 2007-2008, we have funded 14 grants. Visit the IPM Florida Grants Program page for more information.
